The Scuderia Ecosse Ferrari 430 passed all the regular scrutineering checks in the centre of Le Mans yesterday. Scrutineering at Le Mans is a big part of the pre-race festivities which sees the teams displaying their cars in the Le Mans town centre.

It was a busy afternoon for the drivers who signed a lot of autographs, chatted to journalists, put in a live appearance on Motors TV and posed for photographs.

Once all the paperwork was completed, the drivers made the most of a bit of free time and headed to the local supermarket to buy a few essential supplies.

Qualifying starts tonight at 1900hrs. The weather is warm but changeable at Le Mans, switching between sunny spells, overcast skies and rain.
